What Vinyl Material Types do you Offer?
We offer a Standard option which is a long lasting polymeric option and a cast option which is made by 3M
What is the Material Rating?
These are the material we use for all products.
Standard: Colours rated for upto 5 years outdoors, metallics upto 3 years in total. Best for garaged boats.
3M: Premium Cast vinyl. Best long lasting product and for Polycraft Boats. Best for clinker and lapstrake type hulls, vessels moored on the water, racing yachts etc.
Colours rated upto 8 years outdoors. Metallics up to 5 years.
Both material types have solvent based glues meaning it is water splatter proof and are both resistant to Salts and Alkaline.
Please Note: There is no metallic colour based cast vinyl available in Australia that has a longer life span of 5 years outdoors.
Neither material option is suitable for inflatable boats.
Are your stickers made on one sheet?
One colour sticker orders are made on a separate sheet for easy application. If you order a shadow or outline sticker the text based sticker is on one sheet and the outline or shadow is on another sheet.
We do not print these and supply on one sheet due to the life these stickers have compared to our standard and 3M option.
These are easy to install and if you choose the 3M option these are much more easier due to the materials used for this process.

Yes there is and it is between 280 to 300mm for stickers longer than 1 metre in over all width that have a small amount of letters or numbers that causes the oversize. . This rarely happens though and we design these to suit and will send a design proof to the customer via sms.
Are the stickers easy to install?
Yes they are as long as you follow the boat stickers installation instructions. Our products are slightly different to others because these have been designed for a mailing process.
We do not use paper based application tape for a number of reasons which what traditionally sign shops use in most cases.

No they are not.
How are your products mailed to the customer?
They are sent in a plastic covered round mailing tube that passes current Australia Post Guidelines.
